Reporting & Analytics — included with everything
If you need a training course to read your report, it’s a bad report.
Every BangQuark client gets the same thing every week: one page that says what we spent, what came in, and what we’re changing. Written by the person running your account. Readable in the van.
The one-pager
Four lines that run your marketing.
What we spent
Total ad spend by channel, against the budget we agreed. No surprises, ever.
What came in
Calls, forms, WhatsApp messages, and bookings — each one traced to the channel and ad that produced it.
What it cost per enquiry
The only efficiency number most local businesses need. Tracked weekly so drift gets caught early.
What we’re changing
The decisions: what we’re pausing, pushing, and testing next week — and why, in two sentences each.
Why we work this way
Dashboards hide. Sentences commit.
A dashboard with 47 widgets lets an agency point at whichever number went up this week. A written report forces a position: this worked, this didn’t, here’s what we’re doing about it. We’d rather be accountable in writing every week than impressive in a quarterly deck.
FAQ
Straight answers
Do I get a dashboard?
If you want one, yes — but the weekly one-pager is the product. Dashboards are where most agencies hide; a written summary forces us to actually have an opinion about your account every week.
Can you track phone calls?
Yes. Call tracking is set up as standard, so a call from a Google ad is counted just like a form fill. For trades, calls are usually 70%+ of enquiries — not tracking them makes every other number fiction.
Is reporting an extra cost?
No. It’s included with every BangQuark service. Charging extra to tell you what we did with your money never sat right with us.
What about revenue, not just leads?
If you tell us which enquiries became jobs (or connect your CRM), we close the loop: spend → enquiries → jobs → revenue. That’s when budget decisions get genuinely easy.
Talk to a person, not a pitch deck.
Book a free 20-minute call. We’ll look at what you’re doing now, tell you what we’d change, and give you a flat monthly price. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
